Evidence: Text and Materials

This work provides students with a range of materials on the law of evidence, linked by text providing expert commentary - a thorough examination of the principles of the law of evidence. Enabling the reader to engage with extracts from primary materials (cases and statutes) as well as secondary sources such as periodicals and other literature, the book stimulates readers to think about the issues themselves and the work out their own position on them. Materials from other jurisdictions are presented in cases where they illuminate a particular issue under discussion.
